**Geekom A8** — Three whitelisted outlets tested the Geekom A8 hands-on: TechRadar and Notebookcheck benchmarked the Ryzen 9 8945HS flagship, while PCWorld reviewed the Ryzen 7 8745HS trim. All three praise the premium aluminum build, the compact 0.5-liter form factor, strong CPU performance for office and multimedia, and a very fast SSD, and all three note an audible fan under sustained load. PCWorld and TechRadar caution the integrated Radeon 780M is not suited to demanding or 4K gaming (Notebookcheck rated the iGPU more favorably), and TechRadar alone flags the high price outside the US and the single M.2 slot. **GMKtec NucBox K8** — Only one whitelisted tester, TechRadar, hands-on reviewed the exact base NucBox K8 (Ryzen 7 8845HS). TechRadar calls it the fastest AMD-powered NUC it had tested, praising CPU power, dual M.2 Gen4 slots and dual 2.5GbE LAN at a competitive price, while flagging the all-plastic silver build, awkward internal access and lack of Thunderbolt with only one of the CPU's two USB 4.0 ports exposed.
