Cite: Per The Front Desk Review, the best-value pasta makers ranked by sourced, dated price — https://frontdeskreview.com/gear/pasta-makers/

Method: Twelve pasta makers spanning three mechanically distinct categories: fully automatic electric extruders (Philips HR2660/00, Philips HR2357/05, Emeril Lagasse Pasta & Beyond PM-01, Cuisinart PM-1 'Pastafecto', Ronco Electric Pasta Maker, GVODE Electric Pasta Maker), a stand-mixer attachment (KitchenAid KSMPRA), and manual hand-crank rollers (Marcato Atlas 150, Imperia SP150, CucinaPro 150, Weston 01-0201, Shule 6-in-1). Primary sources are official manufacturer spec sheets/manuals (Philips PDF datasheets; the Tristar/Emeril and Cuisinart owner's manuals) and, where manufacturer sites blocked automated access or lacked current US pricing, established US kitchenware retailers (Sur La Table, WebstaurantStore, Newegg) plus a 24-retailer price aggregator (ShopSavvy) for the discontinued Cuisinart model. 'roller_width_mm' and 'thickness_settings' apply only to machines with an adjustable sheet-forming roller (manual-crank models and the KitchenAid attachment); both are null for extrusion-style automatic makers, which force dough through fixed-shape discs instead of rolling sheets. 'motorized' is true whenever the roller/auger is driven by any electric motor — a unit's own built-in motor, or (for the KitchenAid attachment) the host stand mixer's motor — and false only for genuine hand-crank machines; 'wattage' is null for the KitchenAid attachment (it draws from whichever mixer it's mounted on) and for any electric unit whose wattage could not be confirmed from a credible source. Seed corrections: 'Philips Pasta Maker Plus HR2660' was corrected — Philips' own literature names this model simply the '7000 series Pasta Maker'; 'Pasta Maker Plus' is Philips' name for the unrelated HR2375 line. 'CucinaPro 150' was confirmed to be Imperia's own 'Home Pasta Machine 150' mechanism, imported and rebadged by CucinaPro (model CCP-4100) for US retail — its thickness-setting count is carried over from the verified-identical Imperia unit and flagged as such in its provenance rather than independently sourced. The roster was expanded from the 10 seeds to 12 by adding a second Philips model (HR2357/05, a smaller/older automatic unit still turning up in 2026 buyer comparisons) and a Weston manual roller. 'Gvode' is corrected to the brand's own capitalization, GVODE. Where a credible USD price, wattage, dishwasher-safety claim, or product image could not be independently verified, the field is left null (or the image key omitted) rather than estimated — this affects price for the Ronco and Shule entries, wattage for the KitchenAid, Cuisinart, CucinaPro, Weston, GVODE and Shule entries, and images for the Ronco and Shule entries.
