Primary sources are official manufacturer spec sheets/manuals (Philips PDF datasheets; the Tristar/Emeril and Cuisinart owner's manuals) and, where manufacturer sites blocked automated access or lacked current US pricing, established US kitchenware retailers (Sur La Table, WebstaurantStore, Newegg) plus a 24-retailer price aggregator (ShopSavvy) for the discontinued Cuisinart model.
