## Plans

| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Billing | Notes | Source |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Free | $0 | — | per_seat | $0, for personal use. 2 prototypes saved in Cloud, 8 scenes per prototype, 50 MB of Cloud storage and personal libraries. Shared prototypes carry the ProtoPie watermark, removed only on Basic and above. | protopie.io |
| Basic | not priced monthly | — | per_seat | monthlyUsd is null because the only published figure is the yearly-billed rate: $25/mo per the live page, whose toggle defaults to Yearly ('Save up to 26%'). The month-to-month price is higher but is not rendered anywhere on the site, and the vendor's own support page quotes a different saving ('up to 16%'), so no monthly figure can be derived without inventing one. Explicitly '1 seat only'. 20 prototypes, 10 scenes per prototype, 500 MB Cloud storage, shareable links, AI credits, no watermark and 1 handoff recording. A second editor is not possible on this tier at any price. | protopie.io |
| Pro | not priced monthly | — | per_seat | monthlyUsd is null for the same reason as Basic: the page publishes only '$47/editor/mo' in its default Yearly state, and independent pricing records treat $47/editor/month as the annually-billed rate against a higher month-to-month price that the site does not render. Marked 'Popular'. All Basic features plus unlimited prototypes, unlimited handoff recordings, 5 GB of Cloud storage per team (pooled, not per editor), local saving, team libraries and ProtoPie MCP (Beta). Add-ons ride alongside the subscription: Connect Core $20/mo/user, extra Cloud storage $200 per 100 GB ('Coming soon'), and User Testing on annual billing only. | protopie.io |
| Enterprise | not priced monthly | — | custom | 'Custom' pricing, contact sales, 'min. 3 seats'. All Pro features plus custom hardware integrations, private server, admin rights, custom fonts, ISO-compliant security and SSO, and dedicated training and support. Add-on fees published on the comparison table: Connect Core $20/mo/user and extra Cloud storage $200 per 100 GB (Coming soon). | protopie.io |

## Price changes

No change record has cleared two sources yet, so nothing is published on the wire.

**Key features:** Trigger-and-response prototyping with sensor, voice and hardware input, no code; ProtoPie Connect for multi-device and in-vehicle prototypes talking to real hardware; ProtoPie MCP (Beta) for driving prototypes from AI tooling.

**Plan limits:** Free plan limited to 2 prototypes, 8 scenes each, 50 MB, and watermarked sharing; Basic is hard-capped at 1 seat; Enterprise requires a minimum of 3 seats; SSO, private server and license management are Enterprise-only; Connect Core costs an extra $20/month/user; extra storage is $200 per 100 GB (coming soon); No month-to-month price is published anywhere on the site — the pricing page renders only the yearly-billed rate.

Sources: 1 · Last verified 2026-09-10
Provenance: Re-verified 2026-09-10 and CORRECTED. protopie.io/pricing and protopie.io/plans both render exactly one price pair — Basic '$25/mo' and Pro '$47/editor/mo' — under a toggle that reads 'Yearly / Save up to 26% / Monthly', i.e. the page defaults to Yearly, so those are annual-billed rates. Independent pricing records describe $47/editor/month as the annually-billed Pro rate against a materially higher month-to-month price, which confirms the default is Yearly. No month-to-month figure is rendered anywhere on the site, and the vendor's own documents disagree about the size of the annual discount (the pricing page says 'Save up to 26%', while protopie.io/support/questions/billing-and-payments/billing says 'Opting for yearly billing saves up to 16% compared to monthly payments'), so no monthly price can be derived either. The draft's $29 and $59 could not be reproduced and reconcile with neither discount figure, so Basic and Pro now carry monthlyUsd null with the verified annual rates in notes rather than an unverifiable number. Add-on fees were also trimmed to what the page actually shows: Connect Core '$20/mo/user' and extra cloud storage '$200/100 GB' marked 'Coming soon'; the draft's '$500/month log analysis' and 'wire transfer only' claims were not on the page and have been dropped.
