Our accuracy commitment

Five promises — each shown beside the live, computed proof that backs it. Because every proof is derived from the same data it describes, we cannot quietly break a promise without visibly breaking this page. Trust you can check, not just read.

1. History is never rewritten.

2. Every figure is sourced and dated.

   ✓ 7,464 products and tools tracked across 790 categories, each price linked to the public page it was captured from and dated; tracking since June 2026. Verify

3. A null beats a guess.

   ✓ Where a price or spec cannot be sourced, we publish nothing rather than a guess. Quote-only vendors return null, never a fabricated number. Verify

4. Corrections are free for everyone, and logged.

   ✓ Every correction is public, dated, and emitted as a machine-readable correction record. Accuracy is never paywalled. Verify

5. No ranking is ever for sale.

   ✓ Nobody can pay to be listed, ranked, scored, corrected faster or removed. Ordering is a published, versioned algorithm computed from the data itself. We earn from Amazon's affiliate program, which pays a percentage set per product category, so the commission differs between products; our grades and sort orders never read it, and no other company we list pays us anything.
