Wie wir das erstellt haben

Roster covers 12 OTC TENS/EMS units a 2026 buyer typically compares, spanning budget wired units through app-controlled wireless systems: TENS 7000 2nd Edition, Omron Pocket Pain Pro (PM400, the current SKU that superseded the PM3029/PM3030), Omron Max Power Relief (PM500), iReliev ET-1313, Compex Edge 3.0, AUVON Dual Channel TENS Unit, Belifu Dual Channel TENS/EMS Unit, NueMedics Tens 24, HealthmateForever YK15AB, Easy@Home EHE009, and PowerDot 2.0 Duo, plus TechCare Massager Plus 24 added for category coverage. Primary sources were official manufacturer pages (tens7000.com, omronhealthcare.com) where reachable, cross-checked against medgrade.org's per-device spec tables (fetched and parsed from raw HTML, not just AI summaries) and, for iReliev ET-1313, a manufacturer product-box photo that visually confirmed model number, program count and timer text. Four brand storefronts — ireliev.com, nuemedics.com, auvonhealth.com and techcaremassager.com — were unreachable all session (network layer returned 429 'local_rate_limited' on every attempt, including plain product-JSON endpoints), so those four products relied on medgrade.org plus archived manual/retail listings instead; NueMedics additionally has no confirmed USD price or intensity-level count (both left null) because no reachable source published either. One QA note worth flagging: a '100 intensity levels' figure for PowerDot 2.0 Duo turned out on raw-text review to be the device's peak 100 mA output current, not a discrete intensity-level count, so intensity_levels is null for PowerDot rather than a mA figure mislabeled as levels. For the Compex Edge 3.0, the medgrade.org spec table does list 'Intensity Levels: 999' (confirmed in the live page), which is Compex's genuine 0-999 intensity scale, so that field is recorded as 999. AUVON's medgrade listing carries FDA/regulatory model number TP2208C while its retail packaging and manual (ManualsLib-hosted) use AS8012; both names are for the same physical dual-channel unit and are noted together. 'electrode_pads_included' reflects pads shipped in the base box, not replacement-pad multipacks (several device pages list a monthly/replacement pad SKU under a cost-analysis section that is NOT the in-box count, and was excluded accordingly). All prices are current US list/street price for the base single-unit configuration; accessedAt 2026-08-01.
