Two vendors were REMOVED as not purchasable: (1) Air AI — the autonomous voice agent is defunct (services dark since late 2024; FTC complaint Aug 2025; March 2026 settlement with $18M judgment), and the air.ai domain now hosts an unrelated military/defense platform whose FedRAMP/IL5 certs do not belong to the voice product.
