Importing to the Poland: is it actually cheaper?
We haven't priced individual products for Poland yet — but the checker works on any Poland product link right now: paste one and we read its price, match our US price of record, and do the landed-cost math below. Here's how importing to Poland works.
How importing to the Poland works
- Import VAT
- 23% on the US price + shipping (CIF), above a 0 zł de-minimis threshold.
- Duty
- 0% — EU rules: the €22 VAT exemption is gone, so 23% Polish VAT applies to imports from the first złoty (collected via IOSS at checkout or by the courier at delivery). Consumer electronics — phones, laptops, tablets, cameras — are 0% duty under the WTO ITA (a €150 duty-free threshold exists but is moot when duty is already 0%). Couriers add a clearance/handling fee not modelled here.
- Forwarding
- Shipito, from the US — about 5-10 days.
- FX
- zł3.911/USD mid-market + 3% card spread, as of 2026-10-08.
Every verdict is computed only from these figures — it's never for sale, and we're not a shipping company, so we don't earn more when you import.
