Plans

Every priced plan links to the public page the figure was captured from — CallSprout Sage's own wherever it publishes the number, otherwise the named public source — with the verification date. "Not published" means the vendor states no figure — we never substitute one.
Plan Monthly Included Overage Billing Annual
Business (per user) $22.95 per user per month, billed monthly — no annual term is published anywhere on the page, so there is no saving to record. Includes unlimited US calling, desktop and mobile softphones, voicemail transcription, CRM-smart routing and the Sage AI voice agent. NO bundled Sage minutes at all: minutesIncluded is 0 because the page says so outright. The first 30 seconds of EVERY call are free and billing is by the second with no rounding. That waiver cannot be expressed in this schema — the only value of minutesIncluded that reproduces it is half a minute times the number of calls, which is a function of the reader's own volume input rather than a stored constant — so THIS PLAN IS WITHHELD FROM THE COST MODEL (see unmodelable) instead of being modeled wrong. Modeling it overstated by exactly $0.195 per call: about +33% at a two-minute average and +100% at one minute, always against the vendor. The published rate stays recorded at $0.39 because that is what the page says; it is the derived figure that is withheld, not the source one. A second meter runs alongside: AI Transcription at $0.0198/min of live and recorded calls, on every plan, also billed by the second. Voicemail transcription is free. The page bills the two as separate meters — “Sage and AI Transcription come with every plan and are metered only as you use them” — and CallSprout's founder confirmed in writing on 2026-09-11 that Sage minutes do not include call transcription by default. Recorded as the publisher's statement, not as a figure read from the page. PRICED PER USER SEAT, which nothing else in this index is — every other vendor here prices per business. A five-person office pays five times this figure, so the headline number is not comparable with the others without that multiplication, and Sage is one included feature of a cloud phone system rather than a receptionist subscription sold on its own. $22.95 callsprout.com verified Sep 9, 2026 0 min $0.39/min Per minute
Call Center (per user) $39.95 per user per month, billed monthly. Everything in Business plus call queues with hold and position, skills-based routing across agents, supervisor monitor/whisper/barge, live wallboards and queue analytics, advanced reporting, and Sage overflow and after-hours answering. Same Sage rate and the same absence of bundled minutes as Business. The first 30 seconds of EVERY call are free and billing is by the second with no rounding. Provenance

Added 2026-09-09 after CallSprout's founder wrote in with the published figures for Sage, saying plainly that he was not asking for a paid listing. Every one of his six claims was checked against his own pages before anything was published, and every one held: Sage included on both plans, Business $22.95 per user per month, Call Center $39.95, usage $0.39 per minute after the first 30 seconds of each call billed by the second, 24/7 answering that captures the caller's name, number and reason and transfers with that context, and booking that works only against a compatible scheduling API. Nothing had to be rejected, rounded or restated — which is worth recording, because it is unusual. Read from https://callsprout.com/pricing in a headless browser on 2026-09-09; that page carries schema.org Offer markup for both plans at those figures, which is why it is cited rather than the page the founder named. https://callsprout.com/ai/voice-agent carries the identical figures and is attached as a second capture, but it sits on the same host, so it is one publisher saying the same thing twice rather than independent corroboration. No annual term exists on either page — the words annual, yearly and per year appear nowhere and the FAQ states "a simple per-seat price billed monthly" — so annualDiscountPct is null by absence, not by ignorance. Neither page names a single integration partner or makes any compliance claim, so integrations is empty and HIPAA and BAA stay unstated; a free trial exists with no published duration. TWO THINGS A READER MUST NOT BE MISLED BY, both recorded in every plan note. The price is per SEAT while every other vendor in this index prices per business, so $22.95 would otherwise read as the cheapest entry price here when a five-person office pays $114.75. And the modeled cost ignores the 30-second per-call waiver, overstating by $0.195 a call.
