A dated, permalinked record you can quote directly. This is the citable unit — the date and source are what make it a fact of record, not an undated vendor claim.

Provenance
Partially quote-gated at capture: textline.com/pricing and /plan-comparison (accessed 2026-06-12) publish the tier NAMES and structure (Essentials = 3 agents + 600 message credits/mo, +$50/agent; Pro = 5 agents + 2,000 credits/mo, +$70/agent; Enterprise custom), the per-credit overage ($0.03 add-on / $0.04 backup), 10DLC $15/mo, and a 20% annual discount — but the MONTHLY BASE PRICE for Essentials and Pro is NOT shown on the live page (routed to context/sales). Third-party reviews (business.com, G2) cite ~$59.97 Essentials / ~$249.95 Pro, but because the vendor page itself withholds the base price, plans[] is left empty rather than recording a base figure the vendor does not publish. Textline is explicitly HIPAA-compatible with BAAs available (additional fee), hence hipaa=true, baa=true. A leading shared-inbox business-texting brand for support/ops teams.
