Plans
| Plan | Monthly | Included | Overage | Billing | Annual |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Marketing Lite Unlimited users and tracking sources; no sub-accounts on this tier (the grid gives 25 to Marketing Pro). Local call forwarding is metered platform-wide at $0.04/min and is recorded once here rather than copied across every tier. Live transcription is billed separately at $0.02/min. Annual ~$65/mo (~18% off), 2-yr ~$60/mo. | $79 ctm.com verified Oct 12, 2026 | — — | $0.04/min | Hybrid | 18% off |
| Marketing Pro 25 sub-accounts, with additional packs of 25 at $50/mo. Includes 3,000 transcribed minutes per sub-account, then $0.02/min — but the page states those minutes do NOT renew each month, so they are not recorded as included minutes, which this dataset uses for a monthly allowance. AskAI, HubSpot integration, white-label. HIPAA/GDPR available on this tier and above. Same platform-wide $0.04/min local forwarding as every tier. Annual ~$149/mo. | $179 ctm.com verified Oct 12, 2026 | — — | Not published | Hybrid | 17% off |
| Sales Engage VoIP softphone + Smart Dialer + Salesforce; unlimited sub-accounts. VoiceAI is billed at $0.12/min with 60 minutes included per agent. Carries the same non-renewing 3,000 transcribed minutes per sub-account as Marketing Pro, then $0.02/min, and the same platform-wide $0.04/min local forwarding. Annual ~$274/mo. | $329 ctm.com verified Oct 12, 2026 | — — | Not published | Hybrid | 17% off |
| Enterprise Published list price $1,999/mo (monthly); annual/2-yr custom. 20 hrs professional services, dedicated account management. | $1,999 ctm.com verified Oct 12, 2026 | — — | Not published | Custom / quote | — |

Corrections to this record
Changes we made to our own record of CallTrackingMetrics, newest first: a figure read again on the vendor's page, a plan it no longer lists, a note. None of them is a price change by CallTrackingMetrics. Every correction on the site is in the corrections log.
-
Marketing Lite. Its note credited this tier with 25 sub-accounts; the plans grid gives it none and assigns 25 to Marketing Pro. Corrected on a 2026-09-08 headless-browser re-read, which also moved the platform-wide $0.04/min local-forwarding rate onto this tier: the per-minute overage rate is defined in this file as the marginal LOCAL per-minute rate, and the CallTrackingMetrics rows had been using it for transcription and VoiceAI rates instead. The 2026-06-11 corroboration (toolcomparelab) was removed with it — that host now returns 503 and archive.org holds no capture of it.

Marketing Pro. Two fixes from the 2026-09-08 re-read. The included minutes carried 3,000, read as a monthly allowance, but the page states those transcribed minutes are per sub-account and do NOT renew each month, so the figure is now not recorded and the real terms are in notes. The per-minute overage rate carried $0.02, the transcription rate, in a field this file defines as the marginal local per-minute rate; the local rate is a platform-wide $0.04 recorded once on the entry tier. The annual discount was 18 across every tier; this plan's own saving is 16.8%, so it now reads 17.
-
Sales Engage. Its note said VoiceAI includes 250 minutes per agent; the page says 60 — wrong by roughly four times, corrected on the 2026-09-08 re-read. The per-minute overage rate carried $0.12, the VoiceAI rate, in a field defined as the marginal local per-minute rate, and is now not recorded, with the rate stated in notes. The annual discount was 18; this plan's own saving is 16.7%, which the page markets as “Up to 2 months free”, so it now reads 17.

Provenance
Four-tier plan ($79/$179/$329/$1,999 monthly) from the CallTrackingMetrics plans page, re-read in a headless browser on 2026-09-08. The recorded URL is ctm.com/plans-pricing: ctm.com/plans 301-redirects there, and citing the redirecting address made the page fail our own scanner's provenance gate, which compares the address we cite with the address a fetch actually lands on. The page loads on its Yearly control — it ships marked active in the served HTML, with the monthly figures pre-hidden and every Select Plan link pointing at length=yearly — so the figures a visitor sees first are the annual-billed ones; The monthly price recorded holds the month-to-month price, which the page shows once the control is switched. The annual discount now carries each plan's own saving (Marketing Lite 17.7%, Marketing Pro 16.8%, Sales Engage 16.7%, which the page markets as "Up to 2 months free" = 16.67%) rather than a flat 18 across the board; the 2-yr saving checks out at ~24%. Local call forwarding is a single platform-wide $0.04/min and is recorded once on the entry tier with the caveat in notes, not copied across all plans; The per-minute overage rate previously held the transcription rate on Marketing Pro and the VoiceAI rate on Sales Engage, which is not what that figure means in this dataset. The 3,000 transcribed minutes are per sub-account and, per the page, do not renew monthly, so they are not recorded as a monthly included-minutes allowance. HIPAA/GDPR compliance offered on Marketing Pro and higher; BAA specifics not published. The corroboration recorded on Marketing Lite (toolcomparelab, "From $79/mo") was removed on 2026-09-08: that host now returns 503 behind a certificate for an unrelated domain and archive.org holds no capture of it.
