AI conversation-analytics add-ons (transcription/scoring/sentiment) priced separately from $0.005-$0.03/min. Enterprise custom-quote omitted. Every tier's button on that page is "Get A Demo" — there is no self-serve sign-up, free trial or cart on any of them, so the published figures are list prices rather than a price you can pay unaided. HIPAA and BAA are both recorded as unstated, and after a full read of the public site on 2026-09-08 that is a considered null rather than an unexamined one: the Caller Privacy page does carry the sentence "To help you comply with privacy regulations, Convirza will provide and sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), extending our commitment to data protection", but it sits as one tile in a product feature grid, names no plan, tier or account type, and Caller Privacy itself appears in neither of the two published plan matrices; meanwhile clause 15 of convirza.com/terms-conditions/ states "Convirza makes no claims or warranties regarding compliance with HIPAA" and clause 27 voids any term not written into that agreement. A vendor that publishes a BAA commitment on a marketing page and disclaims HIPAA in the contract that governs the account has not established either field, so both stay null rather than resolve a contradiction in the vendor's favour.
