Plans
| Plan | Monthly | Included | Overage | Billing | Annual |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter GBP-only vendor: £199/mo month-to-month, £179/mo on an annual contract, with unlimited users — headcount changes nothing. Includes either 1 dynamic number pool or 10 static numbers; no minutes and no calls are bundled, so metering starts at the first minute. Per-call connection fee 15p on this tier, landline or mobile; per-minute charges run 2.5p-14p by number type and destination (local presence and 03 numbers 2.5p to landline / 9.5p to mobile). Onboarding is free. Every money field in this dataset is USD and Mediahawk publishes no USD figure at all, so all of them are null here rather than converted. | Quote | — — | Not published | Hybrid | 10% off |
| Professional GBP-only vendor: £299/mo month-to-month, £269/mo on an annual contract, unlimited users. Same number allowance as Starter, and the same per-minute schedule; the per-call connection fee drops to 12p. Onboarding is free. All USD fields are null because the vendor publishes no USD figure. | Quote | — — | Not published | Hybrid | 10% off |

Provenance
UK-headquartered marketing-attribution / call-analytics vendor, re-read in a headless browser on 2026-09-08. THIS RECORD WAS REBUILT THAT DAY. It previously held a single plan called "Per-user (entry)" at $50/user/mo, described as a vendor-stated USD equivalent, with a 20% annual discount. None of that is on the page: mediahawk.co.uk/pricing publishes two priced tiers, Starter and Professional, at £199/mo and £299/mo month-to-month (£179 and £269 on an annual contract), plus an Enterprise tier quoted on application. Both priced tiers state "Unlimited users" and the phrase "per user" does not appear anywhere on the page, so the per-user model was never real; the page contains no "$" character at all, so nothing on it was ever a vendor-stated USD figure; and the annual saving is stated as 10% in three places and computes to 10.05% and 10.03%, not 20%. The annual discount applies to the fixed subscription only — per-minute and per-call charges are not discounted. Nothing is bundled: minutesIncluded and callsIncluded are null because metering starts at the first minute, and each tier includes either 1 dynamic number pool or 10 static numbers. Metered charges are published in pence and vary two ways: the per-call connection fee by tier (15p Starter, 12p Professional, to landline or mobile) and the per-minute rate by number type and destination (2.5p-14p; local presence and 03 numbers 2.5p to landline and 9.5p to mobile). Onboarding is free and explicitly stated as included in every plan. Every money field in this dataset is denominated in USD, and this vendor publishes no USD price, so every one of them is null rather than converted at a rate the vendor does not quote — the previous $50 was exactly such a figure and it matched nothing. The pricing page also loads with its billing toggle already on Annually, behind a zero-size transparent checkbox whose two state words are unclickable, with the month-to-month price struck through; a future re-read that trusts the first figures rendered would record £179 and £269, which are the annual prices. HIPAA/BAA not published.
