Yamaha RX-V6A
Only one whitelisted source published a hands-on review of this exact model: What Hi-Fi, carrying the review from its Australian sister title Sound+Image. It judged the RX-V6A a fine, nicely smart not-so-entry-level seven-channel AV receiver with wonderful movie/surround sound and first-class, rock-solid network audio, while flagging that only the front L/R channels accept 4-ohm speakers and that video upscaling is basic. It praises Sony's 360 Spatial Sound Mapping and a big, dramatic, authoritative sound, but calls it blunt, short on refinement for the price, and overpriced on build and connectivity.
