One official-domain claim IS confirmable: Vagaro's own support documentation (support.vagaro.com HIPAA Compliance article) states Vagaro signs its standard Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with covered entities for HIPAA-compliant use — so HIPAA is recorded and BAA is recorded, on the basis of Vagaro's own official statement.
