Read on 2026-10-15: Ohio Power Tool's US listing for the DCG400B (tool only) prints $299.00 and shows it in stock, and gives the 4 in. wheel diameter, the brushless motor's 12,500 RPM no-load speed and the lock-off paddle switch with no lock-on. DeWalt's own instruction manual for the DCG400 and DCG402 describes a 20V MAX paddle switch small angle grinder and says the paddle switch has a no-volt release function, so the tool must be switched off and on again after an unexpected shutdown. DeWalt's September 8, 2025 release introduces the DCG400 as the brand's first cordless 4 in. angle grinder, debuting at FABTECH 2025 and available that fall. Weight is left blank: DeWalt's product page gives 4.34 lb as the assembled product weight and Ohio Power Tool prints the same figure as its shipping weight, so neither is a bare-tool weight.
