How we checked
Re-fetched and verified 2026-07-10 via fetch-clean.mjs. The eCoustics launch page confirmed verbatim: 150 Watts per channel (8 ohms, 20 Hz–20 kHz, 0.08% THD, 2-ch driven, FTC) across 11 amplified channels in a 7.2.4 layout, HDMI inputs "HDMI (6 rear/1 front)" (7 total) plus 3 HDMI outputs, HDMI 2.1 with 8K/60Hz & 4K/120Hz at up to 40Gbps, Dolby Atmos/DTS:X/Auro 3D, Dirac Live built-in (License included) alongside MCACC, wireless via Chromecast Built-in/AirPlay 2/Bluetooth (AptX HD)/Wi-Fi/DTS Play-Fi/Works with Sonos Certified/Spotify Connect/Roon Ready, and a "Spring 2023 for $2,999" launch price (table also lists $2,999.00). The Amazon retailer listing corroborated the exact model: "Pioneer Elite VSX-LX805 11.4 Channel AV Receiver", Surround Sound Channel Configuration 11.4, 150 Watts / 11 channels / 7.2.4, Total HDMI Ports 10 (= 7 inputs + 3 outputs), Dirac Live Room Calibration, Dolby Atmos, 8K/4K Ultra HD, Model Number VSXLX805, UPC 889951003724; the listing is "Currently unavailable" and shows only EUR prices, so the price rests on eCoustics. HDMI inputs (8K) is left blank because neither fetched page stated a per-port count of 8K-capable inputs. All 7 recorded spec values, the price, and release date are explicitly supported by the fetched text; no values required nulling.
