- Missing oscillation/pulse and user profile settings expected at this price
- Auto-open lid fires at unexpected times and can be finicky
Where reviewers disagree Only one whitelisted tester (Reviewed/USA Today) has a hands-on review, and it is internally conflicted: the day-to-day experience feels 'luxe' yet build-quality and stability concerns temper the verdict. No other whitelisted outlet published a hands-on test of this exact model.
The sources (1)
The seat warmer and water heater were both great to use in the middle of winter.
Unfortunately, the build quality is rough in a way that the features do not offset, including inconsistent pressure and temperature, damaged parts, and a shaking nozzle.
There are no oscillation or pulse settings, which can help ensure a thorough cleaning.
