How we checked
The official Honeywell Store page (MPN 50609-03, UPC 671961506094) confirms this is the Xerxes 62-inch fan and lists a $399.95 MSRP (discounted to $339.95), with a 62-inch blade span, 8 blades, a quiet reversible 3-speed motor, integrated LED lighting, and indoor/remote operation. The Amazon listing (model 50609-01) carries the identical UPC 671961506094, corroborating the 62-inch size, 8 blades, 3 speeds, remote (RF) control with "Not Smart Home Compatible," and explicitly describes the fan as "dry rated." Motor type is left blank because the sources conflict (Amazon lists "Brushless" but also "120 Volts (AC)" and the manufacturer states none), and no CFM, airflow-efficiency, motor-wattage, or dBA figures are published, so those stay blank.
