The main one that I have is the fact that it takes up to 15 seconds to power up after you start up your car.
Another annoyance is that you have to monkey with the time zone to make sure that you have accurate time as this camera does not take daylight saving time into account.
The quality is good in the conditions that I tested it in, which gives me confidence in being able to recommend it to you.

The front camera is able to capture sharp video for a 2K camera.
The A129 plus is quite easy to use. The LCD screen is quite useful for quickly making changes to the settings.
Aside from this issue, I found the dash cam to be quite reliable without any other major issues.

The A129 Plus is only $10 more than the original A129 and at $179 for the front and rear cameras, it hits the sweet spot of features and performance for the money.
I think the A129 Plus has the best low light capabilities of the three, but overall I'd still give the edge to the A129 Pro because its advantages in the daytime outweigh its handicap at night.
Viofo will also be discontinuing the A129 and replacing it with the A129 Plus so it's also a smart idea to get the newer dashcam to get longer term updates and support.
