Elite Gourmet Electric Immersion Deep Fryer EDF-401T: price & specs

Fetched shopelitegourmet.com (official Elite Gourmet store) for the EDF-401T: confirms 1700W heating power, a 4.2L (18-cup) enamel oil tank, 3 baskets (1 x 4 Qt. + 2 x 2 Qt.), a temperature control knob up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, a see-through viewing window in the stainless lid, and a $59.99 price. Corroborated on Amazon (ASIN B00N9TPNNI, Model Number EDF-401T, "Visit the Elite Gourmet Store"), whose About-this-item text matches verbatim (4.2 liter enamel oil tank, 1700W, 3 baskets, up to 375F temperature knob, see-through viewing window) and whose spec/comparison table lists Wattage 1700 and Wire Basket 3. Exact model verified: the page is EDF-401T (the EDF-401TXB appears only as a separately-linked "newer version"). food capacity (lb) left blank: the manufacturer states "up to 2 lb of food in each basket" (a per-basket figure, not a single total) while Amazon's product description says "up to 1 lb ... in each basket" — a direct conflict, so no reliable per-batch total is published (consistent with the null used on the similar Secura triple-basket unit). release date is not stated on either page.
