this machine excels at producing creamy shots of espresso that are rich and delicious without too much acidity and no underlying burnt flavor.
Even watery almond milk was able to achieve a silky foamed texture.
That makes it the most expensive espresso machine we've tested, and definitely on the higher end compared to a lot of its competitors.

TechRadar lab-tested ·

the Sage Barista Touch Impress (known as the Breville Barista Touch Impress outside of the UK) is the most satisfying I've ever used.
I've been using the Barista Touch Impress for a few days now and, so far, it's been an absolute pleasure.
It might take a few attempts to dial the grinder in perfectly and it may seem like you're using quite a lot of coffee, but it's just part of the process.
