In every test we ran it through, the ET-5850 delivered high image quality at record speed.
The only disappointments were that scans of photographs came out too dark at default settings, and that the included scanning software does not offer automatic cropping.
On occasion, copy quality suffered due to an apparent ADF or paper feed inaccuracy.
