Price is typical US retail in USD for the capacity noted in priceNote. capacityOptionsTb lists the offered capacities in terabytes as a comma-separated string (sub-1 TB shown as a decimal, e.g. 0.5). formFactor is the physical form and length enum (e.g. M.2 2280, M.2 2230, 2.5-inch 7mm). interface is the host bus and protocol enum (e.g. PCIe 5.0 x4 NVMe, PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe, SATA III 6Gbps). seqReadMbps and seqWriteMbps are the maximum rated sequential read/write throughput in MB/s (manufacturer spec-sheet figure, typically the best-performing capacity). randomReadKiops and randomWriteKiops are the maximum rated 4KB random read/write performance in thousands of IOPS (KIOPS). nandType is the flash cell type enum (e.g. TLC, QLC, 3D TLC). hasDramCache is true when the drive has an onboard DRAM cache and false when it is DRAM-less (may use host memory buffer). enduranceTbw is the rated write endurance in terabytes written (TBW) for the 1 TB capacity variant; null if 1 TB is not offered (provenance notes the capacity used). warrantyYears is the manufacturer limited warranty in years.
