The annual discount was recomputed from the monthly/annual toggle (Standard 20%, Professional 17%). HIPAA/BAA corroborated by the official HIPAA/BAA article. A third-party '$123 Business' figure was not on the official page and is excluded. Included minutes and included calls are not recorded — this is a booking tool, not telephony.
