Plans

Every priced plan links to the public page the figure was captured from — vcita's own wherever it publishes the number, otherwise the named public source — with the verification date. "Not published" means the vendor states no figure — we never substitute one.
Plan Monthly Included Overage Billing Annual
Kickstart $35/seat/mo month-to-month; $29/seat/mo billed annually, which is the figure the card shows on load — vcita's pricing page ships its annual checkbox already ticked, labelled "Save up to 20% a month!", and the card footer reads "Billed annually" until it is unticked. This note said the opposite until 2026-09-09: it called $35 the annual rate. Entry self-serve tier. Client management, online scheduler, payment processing, branded portal, mobile app, SMS/email notifications. SMS credits 100 US / 20 non-US. Setup session ($150) offered, none free on this tier. Its price does not vary with the seat selector, so per_seat is a doubtful billing model here. $35 vcita.com verified Sep 2, 2026 +$150 setup Not published Per user / seat 15% off
Business $65/seat/mo month-to-month; $54/seat/mo billed annually. The card is titled "Manage" on the page today; "Business" is the name vcita's own FAQ still uses and the one this record has always carried. The $65 was described here as a third-party figure "not on the official page" until 2026-09-09 — it is on the official page, behind the annual checkbox the page ships ticked. Adds advanced invoices, marketing campaigns, reviews, analytics, waitlist. SMS credits 250 US / 50 non-US. "HIPAA Compliant + BAA" listed. Setup session ($150), 1 free. From two seats the headline becomes a team total and a separate per-seat line appears. $65 vcita.com verified Sep 9, 2026 +$150 setup Not published Per user / seat 15% off
Platinum $110/seat/mo month-to-month; $93/seat/mo billed annually. The card is titled "Manage + Grow" on the page today; "Platinum" is the name vcita's own FAQ still uses and the one this record has always carried. Both figures were already in this note before 2026-09-09 — the row simply held the wrong one of the two. Adds room & equipment booking, QuickBooks, Zapier, GA4. SMS credits 500 US / 100 non-US. "HIPAA Compliant + BAA" listed. Setup session ($150), 2 free. $110 vcita.com verified Sep 9, 2026 +$150 setup Not published Per user / seat 15% off

Integrations

Provenance

Plan names, prices, the 15% annual discount, "HIPAA Compliant + BAA", the $150 setup-session fee and integrations from vcita.com/pricing, re-read in a headless browser on 2026-09-09. THE RECORDED PRICES WERE RE-BASED THAT DAY. vcita's page carries a plain checkbox named "annual", labelled "Save up to 20% a month!", which ships CHECKED in the served HTML — so every card reads "Billed annually" on load and shows the discounted figure. Untick it and the same cards read "Billed monthly": Kickstart $35, Business $65, Platinum $110 per seat, against $29 / $54 / $93 billed annually. This record held the annual figures on Business and Platinum, and its provenance said three further things that were wrong: that only Platinum's card shows a monthly-billed rate (every card does, once the box is unticked), that the $65 Business monthly figure was third-party and "not on the official page" (it is on the page, behind the checkbox), and that the cards "explicitly show Billed annually" as though that were the page's only state. Corrected 2026-09-09 and logged in data/corrections.jsonl. annualDiscountPct stays at the 15% vcita publishes in its own FAQ rather than the 16-17% the two figures compute to, because vcita rounds its annual rates to whole dollars. Two further points a reader should have: the cards are titled Kickstart / Manage / Manage + Grow on the page today, while Business and Platinum survive in vcita's own FAQ copy and are the names this record uses; and the currency control is hidden from visitors and assigned by region, so a reader outside the US sees EUR or GBP figures rather than the USD ones recorded here. "HIPAA Compliant + BAA" listed for all three tiers, so hipaa=true and baa=true. Setup sessions: Kickstart 0 free / Business 1 free / Platinum 2 free. bilingual true (site localized EN/FR/ES). minutesIncluded/callsIncluded null — booking tool, not telephony.
