the 1ZPresso K-Ultra is one of the best I've ever used, hands-down.
there was a considerable amount of static on the exterior of the burrs after grinding.
I found this a little fiddly and time-consuming, so I wouldn't recommend doing this for everyday brewing.

Source: 1zpresso.coffee (verified 2026-07-07) · corroborated by amazon.com. Verified 2026-07-07 by re-fetching both pages with fetch-clean.mjs. Model confirmed exactly K-Ultra (not a K-series/J-Ultra/X-Ultra sibling) on both pages (Amazon Model Number "K-Ultra Iron Gray with Carrying Case"). 1Zpresso store page confirms: manual grinder, heptagonal conical stainless-steel "K Burr", "Over 100 clicks with 20-micron precision per step" via the external adjustment ring, foldable handle, Weight 700g (=1.54 lb), Grounds Capacity 35~40g, current price $259 (original $289). Amazon A+ corroborates: stainless-steel conical burr, "48mm Stainless Steel Burr", "over 100 clicks ... 20 microns per click", external adjustment, magnetic catch cup holding 35-40g, "All-Round" brewing method, and "$259" in its comparison chart (the buybox itself showed EUR for a Germany locale; the A+ chart lists the USD $259). burr_size_mm (48) is sourced only from the Amazon A+ content since the store page omits burr diameter. grind_settings was corrected: neither page supports "per rotation" (both state "over 100 clicks" total), so the value now reads "Over 100 clicks (20 µm/click), external adjustment dial". weight_lb 1.54 is the exact conversion of the store's verbatim 700g (Amazon rounds to 1.5 lb). hopper_capacity_g kept at 40 as the verbatim upper bound of the 35-40g grounds capacity. No release date/year appears on either fetched page, so releaseDate/release remain null. 7 of 8 spec keys survive.
