What reviewers say about the Ekrin B37

One whitelisted tester, Reviewed (USA Today), hands-on tested the original Ekrin B37 and placed it mid-pack: praised for a range of decent speed levels and manageable, non-overpowering noise, but dinged for a top-mounted button that makes one-handed speed changes impossible on the L-shaped handle.

Tested by Reviewed

Consistently praised

  • Decent range of speed levels, each delivering a usable massage
  • Operating noise stays manageable, not overpowering

Commonly flagged

  • Top-mounted button makes one-handed speed changes impossible on the L-shaped handle
  • Single button only cycles up, so lowering speed means churning through every setting

Where reviewers disagree Single-source only: no second whitelisted tester published a hands-on B37 review, so there is no cross-source comparison and Reviewed's mid-pack verdict stands unchallenged.

The Ekrin B37, with its five speeds and four attachments, performed fine if not outstandingly throughout testing.
The speeds each offer a decent enough massage, and the sound isn’t too overpowering, giving it a middle-of-the-road experience.
The main drawback of the B37 is that the button to adjust levels of pressure rests on the top of the gun, making it impossible to change speeds with one hand if you’re holding the gun at the bottom of the L-shaped handle.
