The Espresso Displays 15 Pro is an impressive piece of hardware, thanks to its attractive aluminum chassis, bright and sharp 4K panel, and versatile Stand+.
There are a pair of speakers integrated into the display, but they're more of an afterthought than anything I'd enjoy listening too regularly.
My only main complaint with the 15 Pro is its price.
Measured peak brightness (light meter): 556 nits
The Espresso 15 Pro has nearly everything I look for in a premium portable monitor.
Brightness tops out at 550 nits (it was actually 556 nits according to my light meter), which is higher than the 450 nits on the 17-inch model.
The obvious drawback is that at 1 pound and 4 ounces, the Stand+ weighs almost as much as the display itself, which is rather hefty.
