Commonly flagged

  • Price climbs quickly once you add larger tops, premium keypads or grommets · 2 sources
  • Sheer number of configuration choices can overwhelm first-time buyers
  • Included cable manager's finish/rigidity could be better
  • Heavy, especially the larger models

Where reviewers disagree The two testers split on the bundled FlexMount cable manager: Tom's Guide calls it a 'massive step up' and a free-value win, while TechRadar, though it welcomes it being included, wishes it were black or rigid metal to match the frame.

Tom's Guide lab-tested ·

Peak noise level during operation: 54 dB · Assembly time (unboxed to built): less than 30 minutes

this new one feels smoother in operation and more stable, even at its tallest height.
During operation, the V3's dual motors hit a peak noise level of 54 dB.
The sheer volume of customization options can make configuring your desk feel slightly overwhelming, and while the V3 provides exceptional stability and quality, that quality comes with a price tag that quickly climbs when adding accessories.

TechRadar lab-tested ·

Right off the bat, the desk feels sturdier than the V2, providing the rigidity I wanted with the V2 and even the V2 Commercial, while still maintaining a sleek and minimal appearance.
The desk has not bowed or sagged at all.
I wish that the cable management solution were either black to blend in or a more rigid and refined metal to match the desk frame.
