Last verified 2026-09-10. techsmith.com/store/camtasia was re-fetched on 2026-09-10 and again geo-served euro prices with no USD figures, confirming all four euro amounts exactly as the draft recorded them (39,56 / 182,49 / 252,62 / 607,71 EUR, all billed yearly, no monthly option anywhere). USD annual rates for Essentials ($179/user/yr, 'as low as') and Pro ($599/user/yr) were re-confirmed from TechSmith's own support article. No USD figure is asserted for Starter or Create because none was rendered to us and converting EUR would be fabrication. Correction applied this pass: the draft asserted freeTier true without a supporting source and conflated the free editor with the paid Starter tier. techsmith.com/camtasia was fetched to settle it and does state the full Camtasia Editor is free to download and use with watermarked exports — so freeTier stands, but that URL is now in sources and the free editor is distinguished from the 39,56 EUR/yr Starter subscription. That same FAQ also establishes that Starter is still watermarked.
