Pricing is framed by monthly active users ("See exactly what you'll pay based on your monthly active users"). At the minimum 1,500-MAU slider position the Starter plan shows "$96 /month" annotated "25% off billed annually" and "Save $396", with Pro and Business both at "$149 /month" and a quote-only Custom plan. The page lists only a free trial ("The trial is completely free, no credit card is required"), no $0-forever plan, so there is no free tier. Security row explicitly states "SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001 certification, GDPR compliance" (SOC 2 is confirmed); no HIPAA/BAA mention anywhere, so HIPAA is not recorded.
