Cómo hemos elaborado este informe
Roster covers eleven electric recovery winches (9,500-12,500 lb class, plus one legacy 8,000 lb worm/spur-gear military-pattern winch) and one genuine winch accessory, verified 2026-08-09 against manufacturer product pages (WARN, Smittybilt, Superwinch, Harbor Freight/Badland, ComeUp, X-BULL, Champion Power Equipment) where reachable, corroborated by authorized dealers and retailers (Winches Inc., eTrailer, OK4WD, Ultra Pickleball, Nomadic Supply, Summit Racing) when the manufacturer's own page did not expose a field or blocked automated access. Fields left null (rather than guessed) where no source stated them: WARN VR EVO 10-S and Zeon 10-S motor horsepower and weight (WARN's own pages state only rope/gear-ratio/IP data, not HP or shipping weight); Zeon 10-S gear ratio and clutch type; Tiger Shark 9500 and Champion 11,000 lb IP rating; M8274-50 and Nautic 12,500 gear ratio; Viper 12000 motor HP and weight; Nautic 12,500 line length/diameter, clutch, remote, weight and price (product appears discontinued/renamed - see below); Champion 11,000 lb price (not published, no consistent third-party figure found); M8274-50 price (see note). Three adversarial corrections were made to the seed list: (1) "VIPER Elite 12000" does not exist - MotoAlliance's "Viper Elite" trim is its UTV/ATV line, which tops out at 6,000 lb; the 12,000 lb truck/SUV recovery winch in MotoAlliance's lineup is sold simply as "Viper" (no Elite trim), so the entry was corrected to MotoAlliance Viper 12,000 lb Recovery Truck Winch. (2) "Champion 11500 lb" winch does not exist in Champion Power Equipment's catalog; their nearest and only comparable product is the 11,000 lb Winch Kit with Speed Mount (model 100139), used as the corrected entry. (3) "TRAC Outdoor Roller Fairlead" does not exist as an off-road product - TRAC Outdoors is a marine brand (anchor winches, boat pumps, anchor rollers for boat bow rollers) with no ATV/UTV/truck winch fairlead in its catalog; substituted with the genuine off-road-relevant accessory a buyer researching this category would actually want: WARN's OEM 4-way roller fairlead (part 5742) for truck/SUV winches over 4,000 lb. Separately, "Warn M8274-50" (part 38631) is a distinct, older worm/spur-gear 8,000 lb military-pattern winch design still sold alongside WARN's modern M8274 (part 106170, 10,000 lb, spur-gear, $3,212.99) - the two are easily confused since both current product-family pages reference "M8274"; the -50 suffix legacy unit was used per the seed's exact model string, and its own MSRP could not be independently confirmed (a reseller listing showing $3,212.99 discounted to $963.90 appears to reuse the modern M8274's list price rather than a verified -50-specific figure), so priceUsd is left null. accessedAt 2026-08-09 throughout. Rugged Ridge's Nautic winch line (part 15100.22, 12,500 lb) shows signs of discontinuation/rebrand - Rugged Ridge's current site markets an apparently successor product as the "Trekker" winch line at the same 12,500 lb capacity - so pricing and several fields for the Nautic entry could not be freshly corroborated on a live manufacturer page and are sourced to retailer listings/search snippets instead.
