The headset is much slimmer thanks to the use of pancake optics, which makes it noticeably more comfortable to wear.
I managed to bring the Quest from 100% battery to dead in 1 hour 57 minutes.
Simply put, the Meta Quest 3 is the best VR headset out there for most people.
VR text is no longer afflicted with the blurry edges that make it a challenge to read; in fact all virtual objects appear more well-defined than on the Quest 2.
This fabric padding is harder to clean than silicone if it gets super sweaty
Battery life (observed, all uses): ~2 hours (a hair over) · Frame rate — Dungeons of Eternity at high settings: ~80 fps
It's more comfortable, more powerful, easier to figure out, more pleasant to use for long stretches, and just flat-out better.

The problem is, there's almost nothing compelling to do in mixed reality on the Quest 3.
