The plan's own note says the recorded figure is the yearly-billed rate and names $2 as the price billed monthly, in the same sentence. The monthly price holds the month-to-month price — the schema says so and the annual discount carries the saving separately — so the comparison tables were understating the entry price of this plan by the whole discount. Both figures are read from the note as it stood; nothing was derived. This is the same correction 190 rows took on 2026-09-09 and a hundred more on 2026-09-10, missed here only because the note says "billed yearly" or "when billed annually" where the check wanted the word "annually" alone.
